UAB “Releaso” Social Media Giveaway Terms and Conditions – “ Official Weekly Discord Giveaway Series”
1. Introduction
1.1. These terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) govern the UAB “Releaso” (“Promoter”, “We”) social media giveaway titled “Official Weekly Discord Giveaway Series” (the “Giveaway”) conducted on Discord.
1.2. By participating in the Giveaway, you (“Participant”, “You”) agree to be bound by these T&Cs and the decisions of the Promoter, which are final and binding.
1.3. The Giveaway is organized by UAB “Releaso,” with its registered address in Vilnius at Žalgirio g. 88-101, LT-09303. UAB “Releaso” is a Virtual Asset Service Provider registered in Lithuania under registration number 306774870.
1.4. These T&Cs should be read in conjunction with our general Terms of Service (https://releaso.io/terms-of-use/) and Privacy Policy (https://releaso.io/privacy-policy/).
2. Eligibility
2.1. The Giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 years or older, residents of the European Union and European Economic Area.
2.2. Employees of UAB “Releaso”, their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they live) or persons living in the same households of such employees, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate.
2.3. Participants must have a valid Discord account.
2.4. Participation is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Participants are responsible for ensuring their participation is lawful in their jurisdiction.
2.5. One entry per person per weekly giveaway is allowed. Multiple entries from the same person on the same platform will be disqualified.
3. Giveaway Period
3.1. The specific start and end dates and times for each weekly giveaway (the “Giveaway Period”) will be clearly stated in the official announcement post on the Promoter’s Discord server. Each giveaway will typically run for a period of seven (7) days unless specified otherwise in the announcement post.
3.2. Entries received outside the Giveaway Period will not be considered. The Promoter’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Giveaway.
4. How to Enter
4.1. To enter the weekly Giveaway on Discord, a Participant must, during the respective Giveaway Period:
4.1.1. Be a member of the official UAB “Releaso” Discord server.
4.1.2. Fulfill the specific entry requirements as detailed in the giveaway announcement post. These requirements may include, but are not limited to, reacting to a post with a specific emoji, sending a message in a designated channel, or inviting a friend to the server.
5. Prize
5.1. The specific prize(s) and the number of winners for each weekly giveaway will be detailed in the official announcement post on Discord. The prize may consist of cryptocurrency (e.g., USDC), a Discord Nitro subscription, or other digital assets as specified.
5.2. The Prize is non-transferable, non-negotiable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives, unless specified otherwise by the Promoter.
5.3. If the Prize is a Discord Nitro subscription, its value is determined at the time of purchase by the Promoter. The Prize is subject to Discord’s own terms of service.
5.4. If the Prize is a cryptocurrency (e.g., USDC), its value may fluctuate. The Promoter is not responsible for any change in the Prize value due to market volatility or other factors. The value of the prize is determined at the time of awarding.
5.5. The Winner is responsible for any and all applicable taxes and fees associated with Prize receipt and use.
5.6. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another prize of equivalent or greater value if the original Prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
6. Winner Selection
6.1. Two (2) winners will be selected by a random draw conducted using random.org from all eligible entries during the Giveaway Period that have complied with section 4.
6.2. The winner(s) will be selected by a random draw from all eligible entries within approximately five (5) business days following the end of each weekly Giveaway Period.
7. Winner Notification
7.1. The winner(s) will be notified via direct message (DM) on Discord or by a public tag (@mention) in a designated announcement channel on the Promoter’s Discord server within two (3) business days of the winner selection. Winners may also be announced on Releaso’s Discord server, subject to their consent where required.
7.2. The winner(s) must respond to the notification within three (3) business days of the notification being sent to claim the Prize. Response must include acceptance of the Prize and any information reasonably requested by the Promoter to deliver the Prize (see section 8).
7.3. If a winner fails to respond within the specified time, is found to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these T&Cs, the Prize will be forfeited, and an alternative winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries for that giveaway. The Promoter is not obliged to select an alternative winner.
8. Prize Delivery
8.1. The method of prize delivery will depend on the type of prize awarded. Winners must follow the instructions provided in the winner notification message to claim their Prize.
8.2. For cryptocurrency prizes (e.g., USDC):
8.2.1. The winner will be required to provide a valid USDC wallet address compatible with the Solana network.
8.2.2. The Promoter is not responsible for any losses resulting from incorrect or incompatible wallet addresses provided by the winner.
8.2.3. The Prize will be sent to the provided wallet address within three to five (3-5) business days of the winner successfully claiming the Prize.
8.2.4. Winners should be aware that blockchain transactions are irreversible.
8.3. For Discord Nitro subscriptions: The Prize will be delivered as a digital gift link via direct message on Discord. The winner is responsible for redeeming the link in accordance with Discord’s terms.
9. Data Protection and Privacy
9.1. By participating in the Giveaway, Participants consent to the collection, processing, and storage of their personal data (including their social media handle, name if provided, and, if applicable, their wallet address) by the Promoter for the purposes of administering the Giveaway, winner selection, prize delivery, and as otherwise permitted by our Privacy Policy.
9.2. All personal data will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy (https://releaso.io/privacy-policy/) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
9.3. The Promoter will take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data.
9.4. Personal data will not be used for direct marketing purposes unless explicit consent is obtained from the Participant. Winner’s social media handle might be announced publicly with their prior consent.
10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
10.1. The Promoter is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, network issues, lost, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, or undeliverable entries, or errors that may affect the Giveaway.
10.2. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway at any time without prior notice due to any reason beyond its reasonable control, or if it believes, in its sole discretion, that the Giveaway cannot be conducted as planned (e.g., due to fraud, technical failures, or any other causes). Any changes will be communicated on the Promoter’s social media channels or on this T&Cs page.
10.3. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees, and agents) excludes all liability for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance or use of the Prize.
10.4. Risk Warning: Cryptocurrencies, including stablecoins like USDС, are subject to market risks and high volatility. Their value can go up or down, and you could lose a significant portion or all of your investment/prize value. Past performance is not indicative of future results. This Giveaway and the Prize do not constitute financial, investment, or tax advice. Participants should seek independent financial advice if necessary.
10.5. Participants are solely responsible for complying with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations, including any tax obligations arising from receiving the Prize.
10.6. The Promoter is not responsible for any actions of participants or winners, or for any disputes between participants.
11. Governing Law
11.1. These T&Cs shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
11.2. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these T&Cs or the Giveaway shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vilnius, Lithuania.
12. Miscellaneous
12.1. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Discord Inc. By participating, you release Discord Inc. from any and all liability related to this Giveaway.
12.2. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway, or to be acting in violation of these T&Cs or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
12.3. If any provision of these T&Cs is found to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
12.4. The Promoter’s failure to enforce any term of these T&Cs shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
